A multimedia project Voyage Bleu – the blue journey will be held at O3ONE from 26th April to 6th May.
Aiming to promote the spirit of creativity, spontaneity, the power of self and freedom there will be open a competition where those taking part should present their vision of freedom and urban life. If expressions like: Freedom of spirit…non-conformism…the power of self…spontaneity…the joy of living…understanding…accepting of others…flexible views…individual way of looking at life… – sound familiar, if they are the way you live you life – it means that you are ready to join us on the Blue journey – Voyage Bleu! Everyone needs a home… even the homeless. The homeless were always around and always will be, so the project “Home Sweet Home” does not deal with the utopian ideas of solving the issue, rather it concerns itself with the rapport we have towards the issue and the homeless, and towards all of those who can’t relate to a feeling of “home”. At the photo exhibit “Manhattan from Brooklyn by Delch“, there will be presented 9 photos taken by the well-known Serbian musician and dramaturg – Milan Delcic Delca.
These photos were taken in autumn 2009, and they show the view of Manhattan by the rainy and cloudy evenings, which represented an interesting atmosphere for the artist to create an art work. Read the rest of this entry »

Exhibition Heartware (Are we all cyborgs?) is Marija Popivoda’s work for her masters degree, realized at the interdisciplinary studies, Digital art group (Belgrade Art Rectorate).The subject of her artistic research is human heart, which in a functional context the artist links to a computer. Heartware is an implant, a computer hardware which fictionally presents the central processor. A combination of organic and electronic system, it functions in a sort of symbiosis whereby the physical energy of the hardware user in a shape of an impulse gets wirelessly transmitted to the computer. The idea of the exhibition is to present such a product, in a fiction-meets-pseudo-documentary manner.

Exhibition of video works under the title Antigena portrays children interpreting a chosen text taken from the “Antigona”, by Sophocles, set in a digital, 3D environment.
Film-sets that belong to their generation are ideal gaming-cyber-spaces which in artistic sense are a continuation of the familiar, classic patterns. The title Antigena, has a multitude of meanings, and is in fact a word-game which refers to the classical Greek tragedy. Read the rest of this entry »
